Meet the Officers of 2008-2009

President:
Scott Dennis

Scott is happily married to his wife Jennifer (1984 AW GRAD) of 18 years. They have lived in the district for 9 years and have 3 children, all involved in band: Kelsey, 12th grade trumpet, Sydney, 9th grade trumpet and Daniel, 6th grade sax. Scott has been active with the Band Boosters since 2003.

Vice President:
Stacy Schmidt

Stacy and his better half, JoAnn, have been active with the Marching Generals for eight years.  In addition to serving as vice president of the Boosters, he has been the Marching Generals' announcer for the past three years and also helps out on the Generals' Express.  Stacy is the father of three Marching Generals:  current junior alto sax player, Kara, as well as Megan, a clarinetist who graduated in 2004, and Brad, a trumpet player who graduated in 2007.  Stacy played in his elementary and junior high school bands, but then decided to do the world a favor.

Treasurer:
Lori Kocol

Lori and her husband, Stan, have two boys in the band, both juniors.  Alex plays percussion and Dustin plays tenor sax, horn and mellophone.  Lori thoroughly enjoyed marching band in high school and hopes her sons will have as many fond memories as she has of band.  The Kocols have lived in the AW school district for eight years.

Secretary:
Tom Kasle

Tom has been active with the AWBB for the past 3 years, though he cannot play a note to save his life. He and wife Jan are parents to Dorie, a senior, who plays saxophone in marching season and bassoon in concert season. He firmly believes that the Anthony Wayne Band Boosters is the best volunteer organization in the area.
