Roy Young
- High School
Roy Young is in his eleventh year of teaching and first year in the Anthony Wayne Local School District. Prior to Anthony Wayne, he taught at Cardinal Stritch High School and most recently in the Springfield Local School District. Mr. Young received his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Bowling Green State University and also holds a Master of Music Education degree from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, Illinois. He has done post graduate work through Illinos State, VanderCook, Ashland University, and the University of Miami. Mr. Young is a member of the Ohio Music Education Association, National Band Association, and the International Tuba Euphonium Association. He has chaired the District I Junior High Honors Band for four years and is currently serving as President for District I. He is also the Director of Music at the First Presbyterian Church in Perrysburg, Ohio. Roy and his wife, Angela, live in Toledo.
Thomas Giffin
- Fallen Timbers Middle School

Mr. Giffin has been teaching in the Anthony Wayne schools since 1991. He was the Assistant Band Director with the high school band from 1991 until 1999. In 1999 he took the position of beginning band director and general music teacher at Fallen Timbers and has been in that position since then. He has been teaching music for 25 years in Ohio and has taught in the Sylvania, Oak Harbor, and Mechanicsburg school systems as well as Anthony Wayne. He earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree from the Ohio State University and his Master of Music from Bowling Green State University. Mr. Giffin is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania and graduated from Pascack Hills high school in Montvale, New Jersey. He has been married to his wife Karin for 18 years and they have two sons, Daniel and Shawn. Mr. Giffin and his family live in Toledo.

Deb Myers is the Anthony Wayne Marching Generals Majorette Advisor. She is a graduate of Findlay High School where she was a majorette at Donnell Junior High School and Findlay High School for a total of six years. After graduation, she assisted the High School majorettes at the football games and coached three Junior High Schools.

Mrs. Myers is continuing an Anthony Wayne tradition by conducting a Mini Majorette Clinic with the AWHS majorettes for girls K-6 in the Anthony Wayne School District. The girls attending the Mini Majorette Clinic will perform at an AWHS football game post-game show.
